Katie and Court!
As wedding planners and coordinators, sometimes you just know deep down that a wedding is going to be amazing, but then it exceeds your expectations anyway. We’d talked with Katie and Court extensively throughout the planning process, going over all of the details, but we can’t even begin to describe the obvious love they have for each other, or even their fantastic style, with a ceremony and reception at the breathtaking Powel Crosley Estate, highlighting a gorgeous sunset along the bay.
Katie and Court’s special day got at the heart of what a wedding should be — all about connections between loved ones, the way we all help one another’s lives become richer and fuller, and an amazingly fun celebration thrown on top! Congratulations Katie and Court!

NewLeaf Household Cleaning Products
This October, we had the privilege of working with a fabulous corporate client, owner Sarapage Bauguss of New Leaf Cleaning Products, a company offering organic cleaning products with completely safe yet effective ingredients. The company hosted a launch party in the South Tampa area to help promote new products and company growth. We loved being on board to plan the invitations, food, beverage, flowers, decor and music entertainment for their successful event. We chose a cool palette with shades of pink accented by pewter and grey. Hor d oeuvres included tomato bisque served with grilled cheese wedges, cream cheese filled peppers, a fantastic dip bar with salsa, guacamole, wasabi mayo, and hummus with lots of dipping items! Our pink drink was a perfect blend of a fall themed drink incorporating apple cider but also including the classic cranberry juice and ginger ale…delicious! The dessert table (my favorite as usual) featured red velvet cake pops and many other yummy ‘pink’ treats! Please visit www.newleafclean.com for more information about the products, the All Purpose Cleaner is amazing! Enjoy the photos!
Happy Birthday Luca!
Well, as much as I LOVE weddings….every once in awhile we have an opportunity to plan for other exciting events such as: charity galas, corporate launch parties, anniversaries, family reunions and birthday parties for adventurous 3 year olds! (or my son Luca!)
Luca’s 3rd Birthday party was held in downtown Tampa at the historic Firefighter’s Museum. Being that Luca’s dad, grandfather and great-grandfather are all firefighters, we can’t hide the fact that we love the Fire Dept! Even Luca’s grandma has worked for the Fire Chief for almost 30 years! Friends and family gathered to enjoy classic cuban cuisine a la Ybor style and the world’s most delicious and adorable cupcakes! The children were given an informative ‘stop, drop and roll’ presentation and a surprise appearance by Sparky the Fire God (a.k.a Luca’s Daddy). I should mention Luca shares the same birthday as his mommy (yes, 25 hours of labor later, I gave birth on my actual birthday..the gift that keeps giving…) so he wanted to blow out the candle together. After partying our hearts out listening to every fire truck song known to mankind, sliding down fire poles, and playing ‘fireman’ in a real fire station, guests were sent off with a bag full of 911 goodies and a cookie featuring our firefighter legacy, Luca.

Victoria and Kegan!
Victoria and Kegan were married at the absolutely stunning Powel Crosley Estate. Mother Nature almost forced us to move the wedding celebration indoors, but thankfully she relented just in time to provide an amazing burst of sunshine for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. A breathtaking sunset served as a backdrop to Victoria and Kegan’s photos and for guests to enjoy during their bayside cocktail hour. Our gold chiavari chairs and gold scalloped chargers added the perfect finishing touch of elegance to their tabletop décor while complementing the potted orchids by Thai-Rific Orchids and specialty linens by Connie Duglin. Victoria and Kegan, your wedding was such a pleasure to coordinate in every way. Your sense of peace rubbed off on everyone around you – nobody could resist getting just a little closer to that happiness that you exuded on your wedding day. Enjoy married life and one another, and thank you for letting us be a part of celebrating what could possibly be the most beautiful display of love.

Polina and Mario!
Polina and Mario were married at the beautiful Don Cesar Beach Resort. Guests, including our bride and groom traveled all the way from Canada, some even from Australia! Working with the clients through many months of planning over the phone, their day finally arrived! We planned for the ceremony on the North Beach but sadly Mother Nature had another idea. Instead, friends and family dodged the raindrops and took part in a gorgeous and intimate wedding ceremony on the 5th floor! Following, the sun made its appearance and Polina and Mario, along with their wedding party, were able to get stunning photos and video on the beach thanks to the ever talented Lauren Pauline and Voila Cinematic team. The reception decor included our silver chiavari chairs and silver chargers. The centerpieces included divine cakes featuring handmade sugar flowers made by Pastry Chef Tara at the Don Cesar. Guests mingled and danced the night away to the band The Untouchables. A great night had by all! Congrats Polina and Mario!

We can’t wait for her to build upon and establish her own working relationships with our clients and friends in the industry we so deeply value. Below, read more about Tiffany and how she came to fall in love with event planning!
Tiffany has a passion for creating distinctive events. Her attention to detail, style, and quality, always tailored to the client’s vision, is her professional trademark. She is a proud graduate of Penn State University, where she obtained a degree in Marketing. Her event planning and coordinating experience extends from planning and assisting corporate client events to acting as the Director of Marketing for a national chain of high end specialty stores. More recently, Tiffany has had the opportunity to assist in the planning and coordination of many friends’ events and weddings as well as plan her own. It was through these experiences that her passion for personalized event planning was born. Now she is pursuing this passion full time while bringing her own unique sense of style and her knowledge of the latest industry trends to make her Event Design clients’ dreams a reality.
“My career with wedding coordinating began almost out of necessity one lovely Saturday afternoon. My wonderful husband has a fabulous talent of photography – he is not a professional but he will do photos for friends. So, when he was asked by our dear friend Olivia to photograph her wedding, my husband asked if I would help out??? Of course, I love weddings!!!
When everything was just about to get started, I asked where the coordinator was to get the ceremony in order. I was told that there wasn’t a coordinator??? I was not sure why but we had hit chaos and something needed to be done, so I just began putting everyone in order and sending them down the aisle. As the day went on, I continued to put out fires that stemmed from an absent coordinator, such as getting the ring bearer to the nearest restroom right before he was supposed to walk down the aisle, giving the bride and groom a ride to their reception, finding a guest that knew how to tie a complicated bustle, coming up with a timeline of events for the caterer and entertainment, replacing candles that had burned out and packing up and transporting the décor and gifts at the end of the night. Once I saw the joy on the bride and groom’s face while they were thanking me for an event that ended up coming together beautifully, I immediately knew that I had found my true calling. When I met Amber and DJ from Event Design, I quickly realized that they have the same level of dedication and deliver the personalized service that I desire to give my clients. I couldn’t be more excited to join the Event Design team!”

Brandy & Paul!
Enjoy photos from Brandy and Paul’s wedding at the Clearwater Beach Hilton! We worked with Brandy to add decor elements including pipe and drape, LED up lighting and a custom monogram which they incorporated into many elements of their wedding such as table numbers, cake, etc. Thank you Brandy for being so wonderful to work with!
